Who can say is not having any stress during the day? IMPOSSIBLE. Everyone has at least one small thing that causes stress in daily life and this can affect your body and mind as well. That is why is so important to stretch the body, it helps relieve the tension and relax body and mind. Together with a good breathing technique could be really helpful for everyone in life. It doesn’t help just to relieve the stress but also:
- To be more flexible especially with ageing
- Increase blood flow in the muscles
- Improves the posture
- Improves the performance in physical activities
- Helps to prevent and reduce back pain.
It is recommended to do at least 20/30 minutes of stretching every day. It really makes the difference! 🙂
