It’s so good to see you here!! I hope you are doing good and you are ready for some cooking π
I am so proud of today’s recipe as I did everything from scratch for the first time!! I was a bit worried at the beginning but it turned out to be amazing! π€©
I have always my friends who give me feedback so I am sure it’s not just me liking my recipe π
So if you are ready, let’s get to the kitchen!! π©π»βπ³π¨π»βπ³
Ingredients
- 100g whole grain flour
- 50g almond flour + some for the mixer
- 15ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30g cold water
- 50ml white wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 courgette
- a handful of tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- parmesan cheese
- mixed herbs

Add the flours, the salt and sugar together in a bowl 
Add white wine, water and extra virgin olive oil. Knead it until it becomes like this 
Place the dough in the clim film and leave it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes 
Start cutting the courgette 
Then, cut the tomatoes 
Join together the tomatoes and the courgette 
Add the eggs and mix 
Add the herbs and mix 
Add a bit of almond flour and mix 
Add the parmesan cheese and mix. Be sure that it is not too much liquid. If it’s too much liquid, add more of almond flour or parmesan 
Take out the dough from the fridge 
Pour some flour on a flat surface and make a round shape of the dough 
Transfer the shortcrust in a rounded baking tray and add the mixer in it. Then, cook in the preheated oven at 200Β° for 30 minutes 
This is how looked after been cooked
