Thank you for taking your time to stop by. The summer is slowly coming and today’s recipe it’s welcoming to her. I prepared for you a tropical Tiramisù where the main ingredients are 🍍 🥥.

Make yourself ready and let’s do it!!
Ingredients
- 500g mascarpone cheese
- 200g savoiardi biscuits
- 4 whole eggs
- pineapple juice
- coconut milk
- tinned pineapple
- coconut flakes

Prepare all the ingredients 
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white 
With the electric whisk beat the egg white until it becomes a foam 
Then, do the same with the egg yolk until it become smooth and light orange 
Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg yolk and mix properly 
Add the foaming egg white to the prep and mix with a fork 
Blend the tinned pineapple until it becomes like this 
Add the pineapple to the ready cream mix 
Immerse the savoiardi in the coconut milk 
And some in the pineapple juice 
Start to build the layers of the Tiramisù with one of cream and one of savoiardi soaked in the liquid 
Once you have done 2/3 layers the Tiramisù is ready 
Add on top the coconut flakes and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
While I was eating this Tiramisù I felt like I was on the beach somewhere, which right now I really needed as lots of you out there I guess 😝
