Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt (for the topping)
- homemade granola (you can find the recipe on the blog)
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- blueberries
- coconut flakes

Take all the ingredients for the base 
Mix all of them once and then wait 5 minutes 
Mix again and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or even better overnight 
When the pudding is ready, take all the ingredients for the topping 
Remove the pudding from the fridge and start creating the portions 
Place some chia pudding in a glass of your choice 
Add some Vanilla coconut yogurt, some home made granola, some coconut flakes and berries 
and here you go! Enjoy it! If you want you can also add some maple syrup for more sweetness!!
