Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups or 120 grams of oat flakes
  • 1/2 cup or 65 grams of whole grain flour
  • 1/2 cup or 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2/3 cup or 130 grams of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup or 40 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup or 6 tablespoons of plant-based milk

Instructions

1. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 190°

2. If you do not have already chopped walnuts, now is the time to chop them

3. Add the walnuts to the wholegrain flour

4. Add the brown sugar and the baking powder to the mix

5. Add the chocolate chips and mix everything being sure that there are no clots

6. Add the liquid and mix everything properly. Be sure that the mix is sticky enough otherwise you can always add a bit of liquid

7. Place the baking paper onto an oven tray and divide the mix into pieces like these on it and bake for 20 mins until they get brownish
