Hello there, what brings you here? πŸ€—

Are you curious about this special and not so common recipe? πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³

How did I come up with this? Not sure I know the answer but it’s something that came to my mind when I was thinking about a dish I could make for Easter for me and my friend.

I remember once I ate my aunty’s lasagne made with pane carasau and I thought they were delicious; even more than the original one.

And then, as I am not so passionate about meat, but I do love Quorn, I thought I could do a vegetarian version of the normal ragΓΉ.

And here we go!!! I also added mushrooms because I love them so much πŸ˜‹

So, if you are ready, let’s start to cook!!!
